Caswell Hill

A diverse community first built in 1905, Caswell Hill is a quaint neighbourhood in west-central Saskatoon with a population of about 3,600 people. A historic area, it is made up of a blend of character homes, smaller war-time builds, and newer houses alike, with an average home price of just over $255,000.
