Pull up a chair at our C21 Fusion Career Cafe event. Held on the final Tuesday of every month in-person at our Saskatoon office. You will hear firsthand from our REALTORS about the fulfilling opportunities in Saskatchewan real estate and whether this career is right for you.

What Happens After You Attend

Attending the Career Cafe is just the beginning. Here is what typically happens next:

Step 1: Individual Follow-Up. One of our team members reaches out within 48 hours to answer any additional questions and walk you through the licensing process step by step. No pressure to commit – just information.

Step 2: Licensing Support. We help you navigate the Saskatchewan real estate licensing requirements, including course recommendations, exam prep, and timeline expectations. Most new agents complete their licensing in 6-10 weeks.

Step 3: Onboarding & Mentorship Pairing. Once licensed, you are paired with an experienced mentor agent who meets with you weekly for the first year. Your mentor helps you build your business plan, master your CRM, and start prospecting with confidence.

Timeline to First Commission:

Most new C21 Fusion agents close their first deal within 3-6 months of being licensed. With brokerage-provided leads and active mentoring, you are not starting from zero. Your mentor helps you prioritize the activities that generate income fastest.
